Pastor provides leadership and vision in the emphasis. His example of Christian sacrificial giving and enthusiasm is personally shared.
EMPHASIS DIRECTORSFoster and Marcy Ullmann
Art and Dorothy Herwald
The Emphasis Directors keep in close contact with the emphasis leadership team. They step in where needed and give direction to the final goal.
EMPHASIS SECRETARIES Greg and Kathy Herwald
The Emphasis Secretaries organize the necessary forms to be used throughout the emphasis. They assist in tallying the results of the commitment visitations and assist in preparing the general meetings.
COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR Ruthann Stroud
The Communication Coordinator creates and coordinates the publicity for the campaign. She is charged with getting the meaning and message of the emphasis out to all the people of the congregation.
AWARENESS COORDINATORS Frank and Frances Duchmasclo Martin and Lois Erickson
The Awareness Coordinators are to build a strong, positive foundation for this Stewardship Emphasis in structuring and monitoring the Awareness Forum and Follow-up Awareness Visits.
SPIRITUAL NURTURE COORDINATORS Bill and Nancy Benfer
The Spiritual Nurture Coordinators are responsible for the 12-Hour Prayer Vigil at which we present our congregational prayers and special member petitions to God. They encourage all in the congregation to seek His guidance and direction for the emphasis and for the church.
RESERVATIONS/HOSTING COORDINATORS Tim and Susan Gade

The Reservations/Hosting Coordinators enlist chairpersons and captains who enlist host and hostesses to telephone every church home for the Commitment Events reservations.
INITIAL COMMITMENT EMPHASIS COORDINATORS Larry and Joyce Piper
The Initial Commitment Coordinators manage the work of those arranging the Initial Commitment Dinner for the emphasis.
CONGREGATIONAL COMMITMENT EVENTS COORDINATORS Paul and Cristi Wuthrich
David and Liesel Bronstad
The Congregational Commitment Events Coordinators manage the work of those arranging the Congregational Dinner for the emphasis as well as the Children's Event that same evening.
COMMITMENT FOLLOW-UP COORDINATORS Steven and Jennifer Klose
The Commitment Follow-Up Coordinators organize the volunteers calling on Bethel Lutheran families for their stewardship emphasis commitments.
FULFILLMENT COORDINATORS Ken & Bobbie Denmark
The Fulfillment Coordinators provide each church home with the opportunity to make a commitment, including new homes to our congregation. They keep updates on the emphasis accomplishments, providing information and projections based on pledges and patterns of giving.
